Myofascial release uses using sustained pressure with holds lasting an average of 3 minutes. Soft tissue mobilization targets specific areas of muscular tension and trigger points to facilitate release in highly restricted areas of the body.

Sessions typically include assessment of alignment and posture, hands-on treatment using myofascial release and tissue mobilization, training of self-myofascial release for home treatment. Many clients notice immediate changes in mobility and tension.

This varies depending on condition severity and duration. Some clients improve in a few sessions, while chronic conditions may require ongoing care.
After hands on treatment, an individualized plan is developed for the patient to perform self-treatment at home which may include exercises and myofascial release techniques. Recommendations will be made for frequency of ongoing treatment.
